Friends Programme
Friends of Hugh O'Flaherty
Help us by becoming a "Friend" of the Monsignor and donating towards a fund that will be used to achieve the aims of the Society:
- Erecting a bronze memorial to him in his native Killarney;
- During the annual O’Flaherty Memorial Weekend, honouring people who work for human rights;
- Promoting interest among this and future generations in the Monsignor’s life and achievements through the medium of art, literature, music, drama.
You are invited to become a “Friend” of the Hugh O'Flaherty Memorial Society.
For a minimum contribution of €50 you will receive a copy of the Igloo Films / TG4 Documentary i.e., “The Pimpernel of the Vatican” and a Friends of the Society Lapel Pin.
In addition, you will be added to the List of Friends within this section of the Website (unless you wish to remain anonymous) and you will receive an invitation to all Memorial events held during November each year.
